She was recently seen in Showtime’s Dexter: Resurrection, Apple TV+’s Bad Monkey, and the feature film The Ballad of Suzanne Césaire. She holds an MFA in Acting from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and trained at the British American Drama Academy at Oxford University. Reese is also the co-founder of The ORIXA Project, a sci-fi mixed reality installation exploring Black women’s narratives across the past, present, and future through virtual reality, 360° video, and augmented reality. She debuted the project while serving as an Artist-in-Residence at Columbia University’s Barnard College. She also co-produced and starred as Kiki in the horror-comedy short Sam & Kiki, which premiered at the 23rd Annual Screamfest Horror Film Festival in Los Angeles. Reese is passionate about initiatives that support women and girls. She previously served as Graduate Student Senator and Head of Diversity at NYU and has mentored students through the Ghetto Film School. A New York native, she now splits her time between New York, Miami, and Los Angeles... or wherever the next story takes her.
